A stranger gifts me a picture puzzle from a puzzle store.

What is the difference between a picture puzzle first scrambled, out of the box, and then assembled?

Is it possible to know a picture puzzle given by a stranger, before assembling?

Once knowing the picture upon assembly, do we know something more?

If we do know something more, where did that knowledge come from?

If we don't know something more, what was the point of assembling the puzzle?
