Writer's Blog #12 - Life is full of Suffering

In order to help with a surplus of ants in my house, the exterminator applied a scented product. The scent attracts more and more ants, until this product is carried to their colony.

What the ants don't know, is that this scented product is dangerous for their kind. It's a poison - I think it has a delayed activation.

In other words, the extermination works just because ants are social, work together, and are excited about a new source of food.

They are evolved enough to form a society, a caste system, a hierarchy, and a peer communication protocol.

They're just not evolved enough to expect a payload deployed by another being that weaponizes who they are to eliminate their existence.

Having sponsored an act that eliminates an entire colony to increase my standard of living - I want to know what a being would do to us, to weaponize humans against themselves.

I'd imagine that being would make us all gods, and watch us eliminate each other with untold power and for bad reasons.
